Account information: your name, email address, and (for hub owners) your business name and details, when you create an account or sign in (including via Google).
Booking information: the hubs, spaces, dates, and times you book, and related activity such as check-ins, extensions, café orders, and messages with a hub.
Payment information: for hub subscriptions, limited billing details. Card and e-wallet payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card numbers.
Usage and device data: basic technical information such as browser type, device, and pages viewed, used to keep the Service secure and improve it.

2. How we use your information

To provide and operate the Service: process bookings, show live availability, enable check-in, and connect customers with hubs.
To communicate with you about bookings, your account, and important updates.
To bill hub subscriptions and prevent fraud or abuse.
To understand usage and improve features and reliability.

3. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Service: with the hub you book (so they can prepare your seat), and with service providers that host our site, manage sign-in, or process payments. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.
